Our database of purchasers matches and sends the details of your property to interested purchasers, however many there are at a press of a button. Ashley Charles' ability to contact more people at once means that we can generate immediate interest in your property. More responses means more viewings = more offers on your property.
No more time wasters . Each viewing we arrange with you is a 2nd viewing for a purchaser who is genuinely interested in your property - the first viewing having been on line.
When purchasers wish to view your property we will always check with you that it is convenient before we confirm the viewing. We will always send one of our experienced Sales Negotiators to show your property to its best advantage and help turn viewings into offers.
Feedback
You will always get feedback the following day, from the previous days viewings whether it be positive or negative.
Offers
By law, we have to inform you of each offer that is received on your property, however ludicrous. However, our trained negotiators will always endeavour to negotiate the best price possible for your property.
We will never try to influence you to accept an offer that you are not happy with.
