Our Continuing Support
Once we have achieved an offer satisfactory to yourself, your point of contact will remain the same from the start of the process (when an offer has been accepted) until the process concludes (when we contact you to congratulate you on the completion of the sale of your property).
We will arrange to inform all parties (you, the vendor, the purchaser, and both parties solicitors) of the intended sale by way of issuing a Memorandum of Sale.
Our job does not stop here! We remain a point of contact for you throughout the whole sale process, liaising directly with you - the vendor, your solicitor, the purchasers and the purchasers solicitors to ensure that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible.
At Ashley Charles we pride ourselves on the personal level of service that you will receive right through the sale process.
The easiest part is getting the offer - where we earn our money is seeing the sale through to completion.
