We are a small agency specialising in a personal service. Myself and Hilary, who are the directors, as well as all the staff, have sold and bought properties ourselves, and are landlords ourselves. I find this makes a big difference in the way we manage and look after our clients’ properties. We also go through the same process as our clients do when they are selling or letting their properties. When our properties are empty we worry about paying the mortgage just like our clients do. We personally know what it feels like when a tenant does not respect your property; so particularly at check out we fight tooth and nail to ensure fair is fair and the tenants pay for any damage.
